If you think about it, paper is one of the most common & consumed media today to carry information. Yet we don't necessarily always realize the full potential paper has. This week I tweeted about paper art and I was absolutely stunned by the amazing talent of paper artists. Peter Callasen for one makes use of a simple A4 paper to create a 3D sculpture, but leaves the cut out forms on the paper to create a contrast between the flat surface & the 3D artwork.
